These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pilgria website and services. By using Pilgria, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Pilgria helps football supporters discover matches, plan trips and keep a personal football diary. You may use the service lawfully and in line with these terms. Some features or services may have additional terms, which we will show before they apply.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity that occurs under it. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You retain ownership of content you add to Pilgria, such as notes, ratings and reviews. You give us a non-exclusive permission to store, host, process and display that content only as reasonably needed to provide, protect and improve Pilgria. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except where retention is required by law or needed for a legitimate dispute or safety reason.
Pilgria provides travel planning tools and match information for guidance. We do not sell tickets, flights or accommodation directly. Always verify details with the relevant provider before booking travel.
Pilgria may provide links, searches or offers from third-party travel, ticketing or other providers. Some relationships may involve affiliate fees, referrals, sponsorship or other commercial arrangements. We will identify paid or sponsored placements where appropriate. Any booking or purchase contract is between you and the provider, whose own terms and privacy policy apply.
Reviews should describe your own experience of a match, stadium or city. Keep them free of abuse, personal data about other people and anything unlawful. Some community contributions may be checked before publication. We may limit or remove content that breaks these rules, and you can edit or delete your own contributions where the feature supports it.
We may produce de-identified, aggregated statistics about football travel, as described in the Privacy Policy. These are designed not to identify you or reveal an individual journey. Analytics event records may remain pseudonymous until their identifiers are removed under our retention process.
Pilgria may add, change or retire features, introduce paid services, or change how the business is owned or operated. If ownership changes, information may transfer as part of that change subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law. We may publish a new version of these terms and will ask you to accept material changes before continuing; the version and date are recorded. You may close your account from Settings. We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken or the service, its travellers or others are harmed.
